“ Having heard glowing recommendations about this restaurant from multiple sources, including online reviews and personal testimonials, I decided to take the plunge and give it a try. I stopped by on a Friday night, expecting to encounter a lively and crowded scene, but was instead surprised by the relatively calm atmosphere, which wasn't that busy. I had dinner with one of my good friends at a restaurant that caught my attention (went after the EOS gym, which is in the same complex) and my first impression was that the atmosphere was nice, with a good location that was convenient for both of us and good service from the staff, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Our dining experience began with the Avocado salad, a creative and tasty mix of avocado, greens, tomato, mozzarella cheese and tangy dressing, the Calamari, which was fried to a golden brown and served with a side of marinara sauce, and the Frutti Di Mare, a mouthwatering seafood dish that was loaded with shrimp, scallops, lobster and mussels. As we savored each bite, we knew that we had made an outstanding choice. None of them disappointed, and we were thrilled by the exceptional quality of the food and the attentive service. All three dishes were delicious, and we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I recommend! ”

“ We walked in on a Thursday evening with no prior knowledge of what to expect and were pleasantly surprised to see that live music was scheduled! A bit after being seated at the bar, a duo started performing a nice mix of jazz, blues, and R&B! We had cocktails and delicious (free!) bread to start off our evening, then I chose the Lobster Ravioli - very good, perhaps the vodka sauce was a bit sweet, but still a great choice- and my husband had the Bolognese, which he absolutely loved and still raves about. This would have been an absolute 5-star experience except it was so cold at the bar area that I had to keep my jacket on. They do have big windows that they must open to the patio on warm evenings, so I assume that's where the colder air was blowing in from, but it was almost uncomfortable. However, I will happily return and ask for a booth far from the windows next time. The food and the overall atmosphere are top-notch! ”
“ This is the experience of the new Bella Vita on Blue Diamond under the leadership of their owner and head Chef Slavio from Jalisco, Mexico. Wait I thought Bella Vita was Italian,? Bella Vita means Beautiful life and Chef Slavio has poured his heart and soul into the cuisine. I'm not a Mescal fan but his Blue Diamond mescal drink is amazing!! My daughter had his lavender lemonade - I ordered the gnocchi pesto with shrimp and my daughter went with a chicken on penne Parmesan style! So delicious!!! You know it's crazy good when the leftovers the next day holds the flavors and quality!!! Great ambiance great food we can't wait to come back!! Thank you Chef for bringing this gem back to life on Blue Diamond!!!! ”
“ The restaurant looks great, clean and well maintained. Our server was very kind and helpful. The food is great, however the pizzas were not tasting well, it felt like the dough was raw. They were very kind to offer crostini on the house (which were delicious) and we also were treated with some lemoncello (which was also delicious). Parking is easy and their location is easy for find. ”
